Want to Know More?

  • Based on Pradotec’s collective statistic, generally, users will return at least once a year for card slot and battery replacement due to wear and tear. The subscription does not only provide unlimited services but it provides savings!

  • Labour and diagnostic service, coin cell battery, main battery and card slot replacement only

  • Standard return repair service would require upfront payment on diagnostic fee. Upon diagnostic of the error, Pradotec will provide the repair quote for Users to approve for repair.

  • For any parts that is not covered in the ExCare means this is not a common replacement. For things that not covered in the ExCare, each parts will be quoted according to the current price list.

  • With every subscription, it comes with a free Card slot & USB port cleaning and firmware update. The maintenance service will help ensure the condition of your device stays good and updated at all times.

  • 1. ExCare plan is valid for two (2) years per subscription

    2. ExCare plan is registered and tied with a specific product serial number;

    3. Service subscription under the ExCare is not transferable

    4. Unlimited essential service coverage includes labour and diagnostic service, coin cell battery, main battery and card slot replacement only

    5. Other parts and materials replacement will be charged according to the BCR230 price list

    6. Cleaning and firmware update service are required based on individual user requirement and or the device condition at the time of service

    7. ExCare plan comes with two weeks grace period to activate the plan; User is not encourage to purchase plan for on-the-spot usage

    8. Pradotec holds rights to reject and or terminate service if required service is deemed to be unreasonable and or being abused.
