Product Update: IPT300 & HRT Series EOL

Dear Clients and Partners, 

Please be advised that from 1 August 2020, Pradotec will stop supplying the IPT300E and HRT Series due to the following component having reached end-of-life or suppliers have stopped supporting: 

• Main board & coin battery

Repair work can still be provided for the following parts and the replacement of parts will be based on the parts availability: 

• SAM slot replacement

• Mainboard component replacement

• Card slot

• DC jack

• USB

Moving forward, kindly please do advise your expectation of the number of warranty that is still being covered, and/or the expected number of repair that may be required so that we can manage the part availability accordingly. 

Replacement and/or upgrade of the product will be as the follows: 

• HRT 300 – Replaced by MT100

• HRT500 – Replaced by IST100 / Mobile Card Reader / MTU3i

• HRT700 & IPT 300E – To be advised on product name and launch date
