DELIVERY AND SALES FULFILMENT

Malaysia have implemented the Movement Control Order (MCO) 2.0 on 13 January 2021,  to control the increasing  Covid-19 infections  in the country. The MCO which was supposed to end on 4 February 2021 have been further extended  to 18 February 2021.

Pradotec Sales & Services Sdn Bhd (PSSSB) was granted the approval to operate by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, subject to the adherence of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) imposed by the government of Malaysia. In this regards, PSSSB’s Commercial Team and Senior Engineers are working from home (WFH). Final assembly and repair work will still continue in the office. Although the production team is still operating in the office, there will be possible delays in sales fulfilments and deliveries as coordination and operational work are conducted remotely.
