Pradotec's Product Warranty Statement - What is covered in the standard warranty service?

Standard warranty refers to manufacturer warranty. Standard warranty any fault or defect in materials or workmanship that manifests itself during the Warranty Period and is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, otherwise it also means that it is not caused by User. Certain parts and material that is not covered in the 3 years warranty or within a certain period of life span typically are as this parts has a general lifespan only:

  1. Battery - 6 months coverage only. Replacement after the 6 months within warranty period charges applied.

  2. Coin cell battery - 3 months coverage only. Replacement after the 3 months within warranty period charges applied.

  3. Casing - Does not cover scratches, dent and or drop of color

Other than the above, typical and general coverage of standard warranty often refers to parts and material that is used to build the material. Below list would be the common item:

  1. Fingerprint sensor

  2. Card slot

  3. Main board

  4. USB connector

  5. Firmware update

  6. JPN key lost

All replacement of parts within the warranty period is free from diagnostic and labor charges, return fee (back and forth) is bare by User/ Client.
